"Toplofikacia Sofia" EAD is committed to ensuring equal access for all to its website toplo.bg as per the requirements of Article 58 (c) of the Electronic Government Act (Supplemented, SG issue No. 102 of 31.12.2019) and Article 39 and 39 (a) of the Ordinance on the general requirements to the information systems, registers and electronic administrative services (amended and supplemented, SG issue No. 4 of 14.01.2020).

Pursuant to Article 58 of the Electronic Government Act and in accordance with the established internal rules in "Toplofikacia Sofia" EAD, the following procedure for handling signals has been defined:

2. Complaints under the procedure of Art. 58d, paragraph 2 of the Electronic Government Act for failure to meet the accessibility requirements or for failure to comply with the complaints handling policy under item 1, are to be submitted to the Chairperson of the State e-Government Agency at the Ministry of Electronic Governance office at. 6-th Iosif Gurko Str., Sofia 1000; or Electronically at mail@e-gov.bg (with subject: "Complaint regarding the violation of the accessibility of websites ") or by post, on paper, at the address of Ministry of Electronic Governance - 6-th Iosif Gurko Str., Sofia 1000.
3. According to Article 60a of the Electronic Government Act, the control over the compliance of the content of the internet pages and mobile applications with the accessibility requirements under Article 58c of the EGA, is carried out by the Chairperson of the State e-Government Agency".
